Universally appealing geometeric forms and abstract shapes are basic elements used in his compositions.

Ralph Wickstrom is a retired college professor who has resided in Ripon, Wisconsin, since 1961. Interest and involvement with art over more than three decades has led Ralph from collecting to producing in recent years. Since his retirement, he has devoted most of his creative energy to producing indoor and outdoor metal sculpture from scrap steel.

"I find it challenging and satisfying to give new life to scrap steel."

Universally appealing geometeric forms and abstract shapes are basic elements used in his compositions.

Ralph's sculptures are in many corporate and private collections and he is represented by several galleries in the Midwest.
