Plynyl Shag uses the same colorful vinyl yarns as our woven products. However, Shag is tufted, not woven, for a textured ‘looped’ look. Runners come 3’ (0.91 meters) wide and up to 60’ (18.30 meters) long.
Shag is sold as runners, pre-cut mats and custom mats. Installation is not required. However, it can be installed permanently using a multi-purpose adhesive. It’s an all vinyl product, waterproof and can be used outdoors. Shag backing is a combination of a non-woven primary with a solid vinyl backing. This system reduces yarn-pullout.
