Care of Your Board: To care for your board, wash and towel after using. Never leave the board lying on a wet surface. Wiping occasionally with mineral oil or Edward's Cutting Board Oil renews the finish and protects it. If slight roughness develops with use, sand lightly with fine sandpaper or abrasive pad. To avoid staining, do not leave metal objects on a wet board. Warping may be prevented by turning your hanging board occasionally to expose both sides to air. Avoid storing your board near a source of heat.
